Our Service Area
We’re based in Santee and focus our work on East County San Diego, a region that shares a lot in common — mild, sunny weather, a strong outdoor lifestyle, and a mix of hillside and valley terrain — but where every city and neighborhood still has its own lot sizes, housing stock, and permitting process. Staying focused on this area lets us know the terrain and building requirements in each community instead of treating every yard like an unfamiliar site.

Santee
Our home base. Santee’s mix of newer subdivisions and larger lots gives us plenty of room to design full custom outdoor kitchens, from BBQ islands to complete outdoor cooking and entertaining spaces.
El Cajon
El Cajon’s valley floor and surrounding hillside neighborhoods make for a wide range of outdoor kitchen projects, from straightforward patio upgrades to larger builds on view-oriented lots.
La Mesa
Known as the “Jewel of the Hills,” La Mesa’s sloped lots near Mount Helix and flatter neighborhoods like Rolando each call for a different approach to outdoor kitchen layout and construction.
Lakeside
Lakeside’s larger, often rural-feeling properties, especially in Eucalyptus Hills, give us room to build bigger, more extensive outdoor kitchens than a typical suburban lot allows.
Spring Valley
Spring Valley’s terrain shifts from hillside neighborhoods like La Presa to flatter areas near Jamacha Boulevard, and we plan each outdoor kitchen around the specific slope and layout of the property.
Lemon Grove
A compact, established city with smaller mid-century lots, Lemon Grove projects usually call for efficient, well-planned layouts that make the most of limited yard space.

Rancho San Diego’s newer subdivisions and larger, more consistently graded lots often support bigger builds, including extended layouts near Steele Canyon Golf Club.
